VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR THE SAXBY'S CIDER APPLE HARVEST!!

Can you help? Would you like to be part of this year's harvest? Enjoy a bucolic trip to our orchard, get some fresh air, meet the Saxby’s team and other happy helpers on our Apple Picking Volunteer Days.

Tuesday 4th October 9.30am – 12.30pm & 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Wednesday 5th October 9.30am – 12.30pm & 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Thursday 6th October 9.30am – 12.30pm

Friday 7th October 9.30am – 12.30pm

We provide all the equipment you need, you just need to wear suitable footwear and clothes. As a thank you we can provide an optional sandwich lunch at 12.45pm whether you are picking in the morning or afternoon.

Where: Meet at the shop/taproom on the Cider Yard, Grange Farm, Farndish, Wellingborough, Northants NN29 7HJ. If on a morning session, please meet at 9.15 so we can walk up to the orchard together. If on an afternoon session, lunch beforehand will be available from 12.45 in the taproom.

Please don't bring your pets with you. Please wear sensible weather-appropriate clothing and footwear for picking apples in the orchard. We will provide you with a bucket and you might want to bring some protective gloves but this is not a necessity. A bottle of water is also recommended.
