Tasting notes:
An 15% ABV smooth blend of sweetness and sloe bitters. It’s great on its own or as a long drink with elderflower presse, ice and a sprig of mint or ginger ale. Try adding to Prosecco to make a delicious blush fizz.

“Both the apples and sloes are discernible in its fruity aroma with some interesting spicy notes. On the palate the tart fruit flavours come through nicely, with a small amount of bitterness that would help this carry through in a long drink. Sweetness is also well balanced, a rarity in this type of liqueur.”
